Bought a new Tiguan on 3/26/25,had it for 15 days and fuel tank started leaking.it still had 1/2 tank of original gas from the dealership, I had not even put 200 miles on it. Took it back to the dealership on 4/9/25 at 8:30 am. I’m writing this review on the morning of 4/30/25. Still no news on when I will get my vehicle back. I realize things break, I’m not so angry that this happened, I’m angry that fiesta Volkswagen has not addressed it in a reasonable amount of time. Very disappointed in this purchase and this dealership. My salesman Howard has been great and has tried to help.

Right from the get-go these guys took care of business for me. Absolutely love my new Volkswagen! That wouldn't shop anywhere else thank you guys I appreciate everything!

I came in for the fuel pump recall. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I came in with about 1/8 a tank more than advised, but they still managed to get everything done and I didn’t even lose any gas. Thanks! Everything done in a timely manner and my car was ready when I arrived.

The dealership is fantastic the salesmen and women all help you understand the vehicle you are purchasing or going to purchase. Howard was great and easy to work with. Kept in contact and got me everything I asked for in my new vehicle.

Knowledgeable service staff and transparent pricing made my oil change a breeze. They did a great job.

Someone is not telling the truth… Not sure if there was a miscommunication with the Service mechanic or the service representative, but the tires were not rotated as the service representative explained. In addition, they fixed The headlight bulb on the passenger side and said all of a sudden, the driver side doesn’t work well after looking the bulb is busted, and they left the glass inside of the headlight. I left a message for the service to call me back was two days ago and no response.

I took my taos in to check the brakes and I have to pay for the service because my warantee was over my like 150 or so miles and if they could have made an appointment for me the week I called instead of 3 weeks later I wouldn't have to pay, how is this fair? and I really cant afford the 500$ they want to charge for a brake job

took long time to be able to get ahold of write up desk kept getting voicemail because they are so busy but did receive call back which is rare. they got me in on a Friday! thought the wipers were covered under maint contract otherwise would have done myself and saved $100 but I should have confirmed not advisors fault. Advisor communicated well and service was done great. thanks guys.
