Tommy and Kyle were fast and willing to work with me on a new Golf GTI. At most dealers, I feel like the sales people swarm and bother you non stop. I did not ever get that feeling here. Everyone was very informative and less pushy than I have seen in the past and their service department was great as well. The service manager was very thorough and helpful with helping me get parts and even complemented my GTI massive trubo and roof rack combo! I also had a good experience with Emmanuel, who was very patient and took a lot of time explaining all the paperwork and warranty with me more than once.
